Following graduation with distinction from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982, Greg
Spaulding worked as an associate for Achor and Miller, became a partner with Achor, Miller &
Spaulding in 1987, and started his own firm in 1992. He is an experienced trial attorney representing
business owners, individuals, contractors public and private entities, hospitals, and doctors in
the litigation of business disputes, personal injury, construction claims, medical malpractice,
employment claims, probate disputes, and other matters. Greg has conducted more than forty legal
seminars, helping people better understand the legal system. He also taught Health Care Law in the
Business Administration Masters Degree Program at the University of San Francisco.
Greg is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, American Bar
Association, and Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California. He
has served for more than ten years on the board of directors of MOVES, a
nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing violence through public
education, and spent ten years on the board of the Northern California
Center for Well Being, and three years on the Allocations Committee for
United Way. In addition, Greg volunteers his time for the Institutional
Review Committee at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Sonoma County Legal Aid,
the Sonoma County Bar Association, and as a Settlement Conference Panelist
for the Sonoma County Superior Court.

Sarah Davies, VP & Commercial Loan Officer with Exchange Bank, Santa Rosa, has joined the Board of Legal Aid of Sonoma County. Sarah has almost 30 years in banking with a wide range of responsibilities and experiences ranging from commercial lending, organizational development, and management. She has been active in CASA and supports programs promoting safe and healthy childhoods.

Mr. Lewis' main area of practice is civil litigation. He has litigated diverse subject areas
such as First Amendment Rights, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Employment and Housing
Act, wage laws, trade secrets, contracts, securities laws and real property laws, as well as
many others. Mr. Lewis's central area of practice involves business and employment related
issues and real estate matters. Mr. Lewis also represents clients regarding homeowner's
association disputes.
Mr. Lewis is also a trainer in areas of employment law for organizations with an emphasis on
prevention. He has taught hundreds of courses in subject areas that include sexual harassment
law, mediation, conflict resolution, liability for cities and counties, recognizing and preventing
employment dispute conflicts and others.
Mr. Lewis worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the County of Sonoma while attending the University of
San Francisco School of Law. He passed the California State Bar Exam in 1990. Mr. Lewis has
built a successful reputation as a teacher, public speaker and trainer. He is currently an adjunct
faculty member of the Santa Rosa Junior College, with classroom experience in communications,
diversity and law. Mr. Lewis has practiced law in Sonoma County since 1990.
Mr. Lewis's past associations include site councils, board membership in West County Community
Services and a current board position with the Police Activities League.

Darlene is a Certified Public Accountant, with an office in Santa Rosa. Her practice is focused on providing forensic accounting analysis and services, business valuation, with a special emphasis in family law matters. She is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has over twenty five years of experience as an accountant and has worked in public accounting for the last nineteen.

Ross Halleck founded Halleck, Inc. in 1980 as one of the preeminent branding and marketing
firms in Silicon Valley. Ross focused the agency in the high technology and wine industries,
opening offices in Palo Alto and Sebastopol.
Pursuing his other passion, Ross also developed Halleck Vineyard in Sebastopol, creating a
cult brand for West County wines with distribution in 23 states achieving national recognition.
Ross has served on the Advisory Boards of the Silicon Valley World Internet Center and
Diamondhead Ventures and on the Board of Directors for Dovetail Learning.

Cindy Craig
CPA/ABV/CFF, Certified Public Accountant
Cindy Craig is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) working primarily in the area of family law.
Certified as a CPA in 1992, Cindy works extensively with legal professionals, business owners
and individual clients on marital dissolution issues, including marital standard of living,
support, property, tracing, and business valuation.
Cindy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA) and the
California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has received the professional
designations of ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) and CFF (Certified in Financial
Forensics) through the AICPA.
Cindy has written articles and taught seminars for the California CPA Education Foundation,
the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, Attorney's Briefcase, AICPA
valuation conferences, the American Bar Association, and county bar associations.

Ken has been a member of the California Bar since 1976, and a resident of Sonoma County since 1978. After 20 years of civil litigation and trial practice, since 1996 Ken has been a panelist with JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services), the largest ADR provider in the United States with 24 offices nationwide. Mr. Gack's practice is limited to mediation, arbitration and related ADR services. He has served as an ADR provider throughout the western United States, and primarily works out of the five Northern California and Las Vegas offices.
